To achieve that, we go through the following steps together:
Step 1: Your wishes
Whether you want to set fastest times on a road bike, rack up miles on a gravel bike, or dive into the woods on a mountain bike; your ideal ride is our starting point. We take the time in our showroom to map out your specific wishes, riding style and goals together. Because we come from the world of top sport, we know better than anyone how important the right equipment is. We translate your ambitions into the perfect setup, so that your new bike is ready for you for the ultimate cycleXperience!
Step 2: sizing
Because no body is the same, we think it is crucial that your new bike fits perfectly. A wrong size can get in the way of your cycling pleasure, so we like to take the time for this. Together, we determine which frame size fits seamlessly with your intended use and anatomy. We let you test ride outside in our car park, that way we can immediately see how the bike feels in motion and can determine the size with certainty.
Step 3: Any adjustments / Upgrades
Your dream bike is only truly complete when it is right down to the last detail. That is why in this step we look together at how we can make your new Specialized even more to your liking. Think of practical adjustments, such as the tyres or a different gearing. But you have also come to the right place for upgrades. Would you like to improve aerodynamics with a tighter cockpit, or are you looking for extra speed with a different wheel set? Everything is negotiable. Together, we will create a unique bike that not only fits perfectly, but also delivers the ultimate performance you are looking for.
Step 4: Bikefit / Delivery
The big day has arrived: you can come and pick up your new acquisition! We take our time for this, so that we can adjust your bike perfectly to your body down to the smallest details. We do this with a professional bikefit, during which we go through the following items, among others:
Foot analysis: We analyse your feet and foot position to determine the ideal, complaint-free position of your cleats.
Shoe advice: Should the fit or stiffness of your current shoes leave something to be desired, we will be happy to advise you on the right cycling shoe.
Digital seat bone measurement: We measure the distance between your sit bones and look at pelvic tilt to select the very best saddle type for you.
Musculoskeletal analysis: Through a brief check of your agility and flexibility, we accurately determine the stack and reach (your reach and handlebar height).
Capturing data: We carefully record all your personal measurements in our system. Useful for any minor adjustments in the future, or if you ever need a 2nd bike!
Step 5: bring your bike home
The moment you have been looking forward to is here: everything has been arranged down to the last detail and your new dream bike is ready to go! After we have checked the final details and handed over your bike to you, your new cycleXperience can really begin. We wish you many safe and sporty kilometres. Step 6: Service and advice
Of course, once you are well on your bike, you can continue to count on our service and experience. Should you still have complaints despite the careful bikefitting, we offer a free re-scan. If it turns out that a different saddle or stem suits you better, we will of course exchange it for free!
You will also receive a digital service card after purchasing the bike where you will receive an annual notification by email for service, this will guarantee the lifetime warranty on your frame.
