Not all clothing brands are created equal and sometimes you just need a size more or less than you are used to. With the sizes you find when following these instructions, find the right size in the size chart on the product page.

- Measure the perimeter of the widest part of the chest
- Measure the perimeter of the slimmest part of the waist
- Measure the perimeter of the widest part of the hips
- If the hips are wider than the chest, follow the measurements of the hips.
- Always keep the measuring tape horizontal

Generally, an adult helmet size small fits at 51/52-56 cm, a medium at 55/56-59/60 cm, and a large at 59/60-62/62 cm.
