Children move fast, but grow even faster. The right bike for a young rider is a delicate balance between too small, too big, and briefly just right. If we want to inspire the next generation of cyclists, we need to make sure children can cycle longer and comfortably.

The Jett is designed so that you never have to worry about growth spurts. We have done our homework to understand how children grow - spoiler alert: children's arms and legs grow faster than their torso. We dived into the books and designed a bike with child-specific touch points that follow the development of young riders. The Jett is uniquely adjustable, perfectly proportional and liftable by children - they will always be set on Jett.

The Jett Multispeed has adjustable handlebars that allow children to adjust their reach as their arms grow. The 2-hole cranks combined with longer seat tubes give plenty of flexibility to set the optimal pedalling position. We also designed the frame and assessed every part to make the Jett one of the lightest bikes on the market. You'll have to beg them to get rid of this bike.

• We designed the Jett Multispeed to be uniquely adjustable, with two-hole cranks, adjustable handlebars and longer seatposts, so children can choose the perfect cycling position as they grow.

• Every detail of the Jett Multispeed - including the 130 mm Bridge saddle, narrower grips and short, hand-adjustable brake levers - is based on Retül data from a children's research group, so it is perfectly tailored to young riders.

• A lightweight bike is just more fun and the Jett Multispeed's all-new A1 aluminium frame, aluminium fork, Pathfinder tyres and 7-speed drive make it one of the lightest kids' bikes on the market.
