The Specialized Epic World Cup is the world's fastest XC road bike on smooth to moderately technical courses. The Epic World Cup delivers pure speed through unmatched rigidity and precision. The frame is designed with a double diamond structure in which the shock absorber is integrated into the top tube. Combined with the most advanced carbon lay-up ever developed by Specialized, this results in extreme torsional stiffness, efficiency and direct power transfer.

Innovative damper technology
The SID Deluxe WCID damper, developed together with RockShox, offers the response of a hardtail as well as the control of a full. Thanks to independently adjustable positive and negative air chambers, you can easily tune the ride feel: from super tight for top sprints to smooth for rough descents. No complicated levers or lockouts, just pure performance at your preference.

Hits above his class
With its 75 mm rear suspension, the Epic World Cup delivers the comfort and control of a much longer suspension travel. The specially developed Mega Jounce Bumper protects against hard impacts, while the flat mid-range suspension curve provides ultimate traction on technical sections - ideal for modern XC courses.

Smart suspension, without switches
At the back, the new WCID damper strikes a balance between stiffness and comfort, while at the front, the SID SL BRAIN fork actively participates. Position-Sensitive technology offers smooth small-bump sensitivity and fixed pedal support - without the need for a lockout.

Lightweight powerhouse
With a frame weight of just 1,765g (including shock and hardware), the Epic World Cup is among the lightest full suspensions on the market. Inspired by the ultralight Aethos road bike, this XC machine benefits from advanced tube shapes and carbon lay-ups that ensure lightning-fast acceleration, more efficient climbing and razor-sharp handling.

The Roval Control SL components take stiffness and weight to unparalleled levels. With a wheelset weighing just 1,240 grams, a 180-gram seatpost and an integrated 250-gram cockpit (70 mm x 780 mm), every gram is optimised for pure speed and control.

The Specialized Epic World Cup combines 75 mm optimised rear suspension with Ride Dynamics suspension technology, an SRAM XX SL transmission and the new Roval Control SL rims (29 mm internally) that 22% better protect against snakebites.
