We also raised the heel slightly for an even more natural feel when running.To get grip on all surfaces, we covered the nylon outsole with our SlipNot compound. The XPEL mesh on the Recon 2.0 keeps the shoe from filling up with water and also dries quickly. The next morning, you can feel free to put your shoes back on. They are dry!The L6-Snap Boa and a Velcro closure on the forefoot provide easily adjustable comfort.
