On this page you will find all the necessary information for returning items. Would you like to return or exchange a product? Then you have 14 days to return the item to us. If you wish to exchange a product, you can return the item already purchased and place a new order via the webshop.

Points of attention when returning
- Returns can only be made up to 14 days after receipt.
- Returns will only be processed if the completed return form is enclosed.
- For returns, you can expect your refund within 5 to 8 working days after we receive the return.

How should I return the item?
- The item is still in its original packaging (where possible)
- Shoes and clothing have not been worn and the label has not been removed.
- A copy of the invoice or purchase receipt is attached.
- The return form is attached to the return package.
EXCEPTIONS | The following items cannot be exchanged or returned:
- Products ordered especially for you.
- Products that may age or spoil.
- Products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene.
- Audio and video recordings and computer software whose seals have been broken by the consumer.
